The blister card packaging refers to the heat sealing of the blister on the surface of the paper card with the blistering oil. The common supermarket battery packaging uses this type.
It is characterized by the need for a blister sealing device to enclose the product between the paper card and the blister.
The issues that should be noted are:
1. It is required that the surface of the paper card must pass through the plastic oil (so that it can be heat-bonded with the PVC foam shell);
2. The blister can only be made of PVC or PETG sheet;
3. Since the bulb is only stuck to the surface of the paper card, the packaged product should not be too heavy.
