1. Gypsum mold: Engraved with gypsum in a semi-wet state, and then dried into a mold. The plaster mold has low cost and is easy to modify, but the plaster mold is not high enough, the surface is not smooth and fragile and not durable, so it is commonly used. To snoring, to make electroplated copper molds or some plastic molds that require less high-volume production.
2. Aluminum mold: It is made of aluminum ingot through machinery (lathe, milling machine, CNC, etc.). The aluminum mold has high precision, smooth surface and durability, but the price is very expensive. The aluminum mold is generally used in the plastic products which cannot meet the high precision copper mold.
3. Electroplating copper mold: After the sample is made of gypsum mold, the electroplating copper shell is electroplated copper mold, the cost is higher than the plaster mold, but much cheaper than the aluminum mold, because of its smooth and durable surface, low cost. The electroplated copper mold is a commonly used plastic mold.
