The main component of the plaster mold is gypsum powder.
According to the design drawings or requirements provided by the customer, the gypsum powder is made into a preliminary mold, and then finely machined by the milling machine and hand-finished to complete the mold making.
If the customer provides the physical sample, the gypsum is hand-kneaded into the outline of the mold according to the sample provided by the customer, and then the plaster mold is prepared according to the initial sample, and the plaster mold is refined.
It takes about 2-3 days for the plaster mold to be produced. The plaster mold is relatively easy to make, but it is wasteful and short-lived, which is conducive to the modification of the product packaging and has certain advantages in price. However, it is less durable and more susceptible to damage. It is mainly used for sample preparation of blister products.
