The correct use of the pallets should be done by packing the packaged goods on the pallets with appropriate strapping and wrapping for mechanical handling and transport to meet loading, unloading, transport and storage requirements.
The weight of each pallet should be less than or equal to 2 tons. In order to ensure safety during transportation, the height of the center of gravity of the cargo should not exceed two-thirds of the width of the pallet.
According to the type of goods, the quality of the goods carried on the pallet and the size of the pallet, it is reasonable to determine the way the goods are placed on the pallet. The carrier surface area utilization of the tray should generally be no less than 80%. For the palletizing of pallet goods, the following requirements are required:
1. Hard or rectangular cargo such as wood, paper and metal containers, single or multi-layer interlaced, stretch or shrink film packaging;
2, paper or fiber-based goods, single-layer goods, multi-layered, put together with a strap cross.
3, sealed metal containers and other cylindrical cargo single or multi-layer code, wooden cargo cover reinforcement.
4. Paper products and textile goods that need to be protected from moisture and water, such as single-layer or multi-layer interlaced code, stretch or shrink film packaging, increased angle support, cargo cover partition and other reinforcement structures;
5. One-way or multi-layer stacking of fragile goods, adding wooden support baffle structure
6, metal bottle type cylindrical container or cargo single layer vertical code, increase the reinforcement structure of the cargo frame and slats;
7. Multi-layer interlaced compaction of bagged goods.
