*Are you a trading company or direct factory ?
We are a real factory which have more than 18-years experience on producing packaging box.We can provide you professional solutions from our design team and on-time answering service from sale team.
*What is the MOQ for your products?
We actually do not hold a MOQ for any of our products. However, the price of the products is still based on the quantity inquired, so the lower the quantity, the higher the price. Nonetheless, we are still willing to provide a low quantity if the clients requires.
*Why does the price decrease with the increase of quantity?
A large amount of our cost is base on the shipping and handling cost for the products. Since these costs are divided evenly from all individual items. If the quantity is higher, the shipping and handling cost per individual items will be lower.
*Does ordering multiple items at a small quantity have an affect on the price?
Matter of fact it does have an affect on the pricing for individual items. For example, if an order consists of 2 items of 1000 pieces each. We can quote the individual price base on the total quantity of the order, which is 2000 pieces. This will decrease the price of each individual item greatly.
*Can I order a sample? Is there a sample charge? And is it refundable?
Yes, we will be able to provide sample to our clients with a sample charge. Clients will also need to bear the shipping charges for the samples. However, the fully sample charge amount will be refundable once a confirm order is placed with us.
*How can I pay for the samples?
We prefer TT, also accept sample charge payment by way of Paypal or Western Union.
*What is the payment term?
Usually, We require our clients to pay a 30% deposit after sample approval before proceeding to mass production. The remaining balance will need to be arranged before shipment of the products.
*How long is sample lead-time?
Usually, the sample lead-time is approximately 1 to 3 days for stock items, blank sample, digital proof. However, it will take longer for custom OEM items depending on the design and the material used for production.
*How long is the lead-time for production?
Production lead-time is approximately 1 to 3 weeks from deposit confirmation on our side. However, this also depends on the quantity and specification ordered.
*How much are the mould cost for custom design OEM items?
Usually we don't charge additional mould cost separately.
